      • The salary they provide is good. • On time salary. • Only Salary is good.

      Ahhhh, where to start from. Okay, here it is - • They said its a permanent role but its not. Its all contractual. • Once your client (which you are working for) denied to go with you anymore then in that moment or from that, the management of this company will give an immediate notice for serving your employment. • Once you get the immediate notice from HR, then they will Lie to you that they will check for another vlient but they do not. - If they gonna search for a new client then why you get the notice/ layoff mail. Just think about it. • The clients are pathetic, (dont go with my comment) go and checkyourself, you can join them and you will get to know. • The reviews here in which peoples said about the timeline if any client they have (3 or 4 months) - Its true. • The clients they have are hardly stick upto 3 or 5 months. • Do not waste your time, invest in a good way. - Good Luck.

      Whilst your comments are exaggerated and unfair - we thank you for them as it highlights that we monitor and expect our staff to work the number of hours they are contracted. At Smart Working it is non-negociable that our staff work the required and reasonable hours. This was a rare case for us and we immediately brought this to your attention to address this deficiency.       No pros, only pro they might offer the salary you desire but can release you after 2 weeks No pros

      Cons

      They can make you jobless in 2 weeks to 2 months. Your job only depends on your client and their clients are pathetic They will make you work for extra shifts, will track your every activity Will screenshot your work and keep a track of your every activity and management is very mean Everybody keeps on leaving their organisation They will lure you with lucrative joining bonus But keep in mind there is no job security No medical benefits No paid maternity or paternity benefits

      Micro Management and Toxic Environment

      Pros

      If one has good relations with management, you can apply for lot of leaves and get them approved. Also permission is granted to chosen few for long period of work from home.

      Cons

      General Manager has all the powers. A mediocre organization with poor list of unstable clients and poor leadership who has failed time and again to set a tone of accountability, being available only as a Puppet and lacking focus to do what's best for the Team and the Firm. GM is always ready to blame others, though the goof-up was from her side. The GM is selfish and self-serving, Un-Civil and mean, ready to insult others in Public, is incompetent, always making bad decisions, resulting in disasters. There is no qualified HR Team that can look into the grievances and unfairness as the GM considers herself as the supreme knowledgeable HR. A passable leader with poor planning and strategies that leads to a toxic environment, is putting the Firm at risk.
