Hypocrisy at it's finest - really terrible

Pros

Working and helping women is always uplifting

Cons

but the staff who run the charity do not have a clue about the socio-economic problems behind women's suffrage. Moreover how they treat other staff is by far from empowering, it is abundantly clear that they have some bad people in the charity who would rather sip champagne and look at ASOS at work. The CEO doesn't reply to emails and has no idea what is going on.
