Pros

Domain is exciting and easy to adapt

Cons

Big boss is a micromanagement guru. He always track what you do, check your code, DB design and architecture model. He does not allow you to find a good solution and apply it. You feel like a puppet. Salary raise is very bad HR department is a joke, they are like running a military company. They think they are above the employees.

-There was no autonomy. -Micromanagement culture was adopted by executives. -Work-life balance was very very low.
