Pros

Small company, manager family oriented, telecommuting allowed depending on your manager/dept, senior management communicates financials and vision well, flexible schedule (can work earlier/later hours), employees with tenure, great place to get a wide range of experience

Cons

Not great medical benefits, our cost to the company is communicated during open enrollment which is tacky, owner/CEO includes family photos and events in company meetings (not interested) as well as shares family holiday card with employees (insensitive to communicate how kids study abroad when employees are paid less than market value), really low pay vs. industry standards for most, some director level employees are overpaid based on their skills/abilities simply because they have be with the company several years, grumpy employees

Pros

None. The company used to be a great place to work but since Curt Hamman took it over it has become a really bad work environment.

Cons

Very low pay. They make you feel like you are not doing your job. You get blamed for errors that you had nothing to do with. They reduce the benefits every year and charge more for them. Very low raises when they are given, usually every 2 to 3 years, which are not even enough to cover the increased benefits cost and nowhere near the cost of living.
