Pros
Very strong team within Australia, lots of expertise in the field to which your selling, extremely passionate regional VP who will back you all the way, continued investment in region due to recent regional success
Cons
Changing priorities from HQ made it tough to sell at times (i.e. product roadmap not upheld), saturated market made for a tough selling environment (race to the bottom on price), US-based / International company came with expectation of working outside hours of 8am - 6pm, remote-first environment meant role was socially isolating at times
