Pros
Top technical management (CTO and Development Lead) is good. The hardware and software architecture are solid and is proven in the market for years. Many new innovative ideas. Bosses and teammates are nice. Very international with multiple regions.
Cons
Sales team dominant decision making. The operations team, especially the top operations management, isn't professional and lacks qualification. Not flexible in managing work from home arrangements and always being micro-managed. The staff turnover is high.
