If do not mind waiting a month or more to get paid- go for it.
Pros
They have flexible and great projects- when you can get them.
Cons
They do not pay well at all. You need a BA for $15 and hour- $18 for master and a PHD $22. They do not pay more if you are bilingual. I speak 4 languages- but since they would not pay for it, I NEVER told them about it. They do not have direct deposit.. They MAIL your checks. Who does that? Crazy. They have very few people within the company that are actually professional. They hire very green people with little or no experience and them toss them into management. Most of their ' PMs' have very little knowledge of professional decorum. They will blame you if they did something wrong or they will not acknowledge any wrong doing. Zero accountability. They are very, very disorganized. To be frank the place is a joke- but if you have some extra time and want to make a few bucks- then do it. Do not expect to be impressed.
