      Pros

      SmartSoC is a great place to work. Good work life balance. I joined as a fresher and learnt many things. I can surely say SmartSoC is a good company to start a career. Multiple Opportunities for engineers. They provide good exposure on latest technologies. So many client opportunities. Learning curve is very high. HR's are very understanding and they are always ready to help. Good payroll than any other peer companies.

      They have merged with Insilico and not paying F&F to exit employees, and immediately termination bench employees without intimation.
