Pros

1. On-time pay. 2. Genuine support is limited to 1–2 managers.

Cons

Biased behavior from team leads; favoritism is clearly visible. Lack of professionalism, gossiping and negative talk about employees behind their backs. High performers are burdened with more work, while favorites are given lighter workloads. Unfair appraisal process. Deserving employees are undervalued, while favorites receive better increments. Work environment can be mentally and emotionally draining over time. Initial salary offer can be misleading and used to attract freshers without long-term growth. Limited real learning. Work does not provide meaningful exposure despite expectations set during hiring. Raising concerns to upper management often leads to further discouragement rather than resolution. Challenging collaboration with internal teams due to lack of clarity and accountability, often leading to blame-shifting. Outdated and inefficient internal tools/software impacting productivity No significant employee benefits or perks. No bonus structure in place. Poor quality of gifts and event arrangements and low-quality food provided during company events. Personal Experience: I joined with a lot of enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn, but over time the experience became disappointing. Despite putting in consistent effort, I often felt undervalued and overlooked. The work environment gradually became mentally and emotionally exhausting, which affected my confidence and overall job satisfaction. In hindsight, staying longer was something I regret, as the initial expectations set during hiring did not align with the actual experience.

Pros

Fresh graduates are welcomed with an attractive compensation package that reflects their potential.

Cons

The management style can feel quite micromanaging at times, leaving little room for employees to work independently or take ownership of their work. Communication between teams and leadership is often unclear, with important updates and decisions not being filtered down effectively to ground-level staff. Career progression can feel slow and uncertain, with limited clarity on how to move up within the organisation. The workload distribution is sometimes uneven, leading to burnout among certain teams while others remain underutilised. Training and development opportunities are not as structured as they could be, making it difficult for employees, especially freshers, to grow and upskill effectively. Additionally, the decision-making process tends to be slow and bureaucratic, which can be frustrating when trying to get things done quickly. Senior leaders are rarely seen on the floor and are completely disconnected from day to day reality. Instead of transparent communication from management, employees rely on rumours and hearsay to understand what is happening in the organisation. "Merit is Dead Here — Favouritism and Gender Bias Rule" The organisation falls severely short on basic employee welfare and fairness. There are no cab or transport services, no proper cafeteria, and company sponsored lunches are of disappointing quality leaving employees frustrated. Beyond the basic salary there are no additional perks, bonuses, or incentives to motivate staff. What is even more disheartening is that hardworking and genuinely deserving employees receive zero recognition — no certificates, no trophies, nothing — while those who are simply good at pleasing management get promoted within a short span. The promotion process is a joke, driven purely by favouritism and sycophantic behaviour rather than merit or performance. To make matters worse, gender bias is at its peak with leadership consistently favouring male employees over equally or more deserving female colleagues. It is deeply demoralising to work in an environment where hard work is invisible, fairness is nonexistent, and who you know matters far more than what you deliver. Overall, while there is potential, the organisation needs to invest more in its people, processes, and culture to truly thrive.
