      Pros

      I have never felt more valued at a workplace than I do working here. Leadership says they're big on transparency, and they mean it. The environment as a whole is welcoming, accepting, and encouraging. Your voice is listened to and valued. The CEO schedules one-on-one meetings every few months to get to know you and ensure you're being heard. The biggest shock to me was coming on board and being told so many times how important customer service was to business, and then being shown that the leadership really believes that. Our team doesn't get the "short end of the stick", we don't get left out of conversations, or brushed to the side when decisions are made.

      Cons

      It's still a young company, and there will always be things to improve on- though I can't currently think of anything specific

      Amazing new hire experience!

      Pros

      Amazing virtual Onboarding experience! Very organized from the start of my first day! Loved that I had the chance to meet lots of members from different departments! The Rocketship moves fast, but Squad Members are very supportive from the start! And unlimited candy!!

      Not being able to work with my Squad Members in the office due to Covid-19.

      awesome individuals free candy free coffee free promo items flexible schedule dog friendly office amazing squad leads that protect their team

      Cons

      training is nonexistent becoming more corporate, and their policy are starting to feel very strict there's an atmosphere of "always being afraid of getting in trouble" amongst the squad amongst from upper management lack of communication between departments, and even between levels of managements expectations are also very very demanding. expect to work weekend to meet them growing to sell
