Supportive and super friendly team. You are not just a number. The company is open to feedback and is happy to hear everyone's ideas. Great range of benefits, Vitality- medical insurance is one of my favourites. Hybrid working. Social events every year. You can bring your pet to the office! While you work for Smartbox, you are helping give a voice to people that don’t have speech. How inspiring.
