      - The employees are truly rewarded for what they do, in terms of money and recognition. - Possibilities of making career by working hard and being there when needed. - Young and nice working environment. - The employee is heard by the management.

      Cons

      Not big inconveniences, really. I find Smartbrand a really fulfilling workplace.

      How your colleagues treat and support you. Good atmosphere in the office, flexibility and exciting working perspectives.

      Cons

      The office can be noisy some times and warm in Summer, but they are working on fixing that.

      Pros

      Founded by people who wanted to apply the good lessons learned from former managers and avoid all the corporate culture that they hate from previous experiences. Creativity and Business impact are always blended in the projects. Great friendly environment. Junior employees are assigned to projects that push them to growth and develop their skills, always with the support of the senior managers. Clear open-door and flat hierarchy philosophy. Humble with the ambitions but delivering high quality projects. Smartbrand pursues to build a great brand experience, not only with the clients. Employees are the priority as a key factor for its success.

      Cons

      As a small company with big project you can not avoid eventually some overload of work, but the motto of "work hard, play harder" is fully applicable here.
