You get to know a lot of great people. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

The management is the worst part about this job. they're biased and aren't appreciative no matter what you do. The management never listens if you've any suggestions to make the operation run smoothly. Instead they try to make the job as hard as possible so you don't get a minute extra to relax other than your breaks.
