Best, most brilliant workmates. Genuinely good people who are passionate about the social sector. Supportive peer culture. Rewarding to work with nonprofits globally.

Cons

Management is unsupportive. Promotions and career growth are often delayed or unclear. Due to recent restructuring, the culture and the mission is just lost.

- Management and company culture have taken a complete 180 under new leadership: What was once a human-centered organization now feels entirely driven by aggressive profit targets, resulting in rushed operational processes and a severe decline in both client and internal communication. - There is a heavily unchecked reliance on AI for internal documentation. Because these tools are being used without thorough quality assurance, the standard of internal materials has dropped drastically.
