There are good people in the company, and I made good friends. Competent people, with principles, character and well educated.
Cons
Smartkarma is a confusing company, with bad people management. The culture is focused on treating people way below the respectful line, with screams and constant bully, and making sure no team as much contact with the others. The job description did not match the actual work, and in the marketing department, stealing colleagues ideas and plans is a common practice. Everybody has a personal agenda, pushing and pulling fake cards to get ahead with their "work visa status". There is no sense of teamwork or common goals, each employee work alone and there are no teams. Such a small company, so many troubles and zero transparency.
