Remote work was the only positive.

Cons

Things were off from the start. Told me salary was one amount and then when they made the offer, it was $10k less than what I was told. No training, just thrown into a project that was already a mess. Manager shot down idea to have a deep dive with vendors on project, but didn’t want to because it would make us look bad in front of clients.

Employees are not compensated enough for the amount of work asked of them, hard work is not recognized and will not earn you promotions or get your raises, your best is never good enough, layoffs often, company runs very lean and staff is overburdened, lack of leaders in leadership roles, and constant stressful work environment. Management will dangle the carrot in front of you and will promise promotions and raises but will never deliver.
