Pros

I love the company culture (even with all of us being remote). They take things seriously. I feel like everyone wants everyone to succeed. Work-life balance is important. Lots of paid days off.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment. It’s a small-midsize company, so advancement may not be as quick if that’s what you’re looking for

Remote work. Solid team. Great project. Challenging and enjoyable. No micromanaging. Understanding Management.

Cons

The work dried up as with all of telecom. Tons of people got laid off. My manager didnt even bother to reach out following the layoff. Cold exit. Lots of management changes.
