Pros

Everyone is very friendly there. There is a lot of flexibility and the benefits were pretty good. Company morale was always up and they care about your growth and well-being.

Cons

The only thing was organization. The workflow could have been managed better.

Pros

Smartlink provides a positive, strong culture. There is a lot of collaboration between the departments. There is high caliber talent and everyone works hard....but we play hard too. Great work/life balance. For a small company, great benefits are offered. It's really a great company to work for and everyone is treated with respect.

No cons I think of at this point.
