- Vague Feedback: you get the feedback and don't know how to develop - Work over hours and not get paid or not be able to take days off to compensate - Lack of strategy in the long-term - nobody knows where the company is heading to - Lack of leadership: many teams don't have leadership at all. Difficult to get feedback outside of the "feedback cycle". Teams do not even know to whom they need to support - Lack of Ownership: everybody has a lot on their plate - especially since the layoff - and many teams simply say they have done their part and they will not help others or go the extra mile to improve the task/job - Terrible way of delegating tasks - no clear delegation and you need to act rapidly without planning to not let things fall - The teams and peers earn different salaries even though they hold the same title: people in the same position earn different salaries! - No career opportunities because the company is quite small - A company that does not tolerate mistakes - Bad salary compared to the Digital Health industry - No bonus, no reimbursement for public transportation, nothing. Only your salary and that is it. - Bad benefits (or NO benefits at all) - fruits and cereal are not benefit
