      Decent work-life balance, timely salaries.

      Cons

      The place is full of office politics. the leadership is very poor with interest in only saving their ownselves, instead of working for the team. If you're wondering how come people stay for 5+ years in this workplace, then that's only because they don't get jobs anywhere else, as they've gotten into their comfort zones.
