Pros
One of the best places I have ever worked. The entire staff is positive and wonderful to work with, everyone truly cares for one another.
Cons
Nothing bad about it other than the corporate connection. The corporation that owns this company has no clue what they have in this company. They make decisions that may make sense for their other business units, but no sense for SmileMakers. They don't care at all about the customers, which is what we value most. It's true corporate. Every employee to them is just a number on a spreadsheet and when they need more profits, they just start deleting those lines.
