Pros

> Area is far from busy places and nice to see trees and wide plain areas. > Unique building structure

Cons

> Accessibility. Hard to find transport and the company's transport is not that much reliable. > Not updated with technology, such as payrolls and etc. which will lead to hassle process of releasing pays to both sides (the people who will release the pay and the people who will receive it) > Food access: Since there is less food providers in the area, the company has their own pantry but the food is not that satisfying (since one way to cope with stress is through food). Most of the time we will order through online to have satisfying meals. > Toxic: toxic environment is common to BPO companies but this one was the most toxic. Even if you speak/voice out the concern nothing would change and sometimes worsens. > Operation heads does not care that much on their subordinates which will lead to employees to leave (not everyone who left). (apologies for the grammar)
