Pros

Smiths pay, health insurance, retirement is better than most places in the area. Depending on who your manager is will make a huge difference in your experience here.

Cons

The disrespect we get from some of the management at Smith is truly horrible mostly the male supervisory staff they will degrade you and become vindictive.
