Pros

Relaxed working atmosphere, some very nice and very qualified staff.

Cons

Very industrial office location - ie, filthy. Outdated computers. No advancement opportunity unless you're directly related to the family. Tight with the budget to a fault - costing the company more in time used to search for a better deal than the amount saved. Support staff is expected to take on responsibilities not job related and not compensated for, for instance - marketing, sales support, research. Senior staff positions are given to family regardless of their capability.

Pros

They give you $20 for your birthday. Holidays off.

Cons

Excessive overtime, management is lazy, expected to lift 75+ pounds constantly for less than 15 an hour, HR doesn’t take reports seriously and will gaslight you, employees with tenure have difficult personalities, no yearly raises, if you make a mistake you’ll get belittled.
