      Pros

      better than most bottom of the barrel companies. staff seem friendly.

      Cons

      will likely start you out in poorly maintained equipment. mine broke down and I had to swap between numerous trucks (one belonged to a smoker!) weekend dispatch is slow; won't answer the phone. I've sat out days on end doing nothing on numerous occasions. missed multiple medical visits at home due to being late on hometime. missed christmas this year due to their poor planning. no holiday pay. no inverter in most trucks. forced dispatch.

      Pros

      I worked there for a couple of years. The equipment was nice and for the most part they got you were you wanted to go. Home time was good and benefits were for the most part were good too.

      Cons

      Always a long wait for service work to be done in the shop. Found it quicker sometimes to get the repairs done out on the road.

      Pros

      Great miles, great equipment, strong focus on driver satisfaction, MONTHLY mileage bonus, lots of support, I could give a list a mile long on the PROS.. Oh yah, EMPLOYEE OWNED!!

      Cons

      If you look hard enough you can find cons with any company. But nothing so big I feel like I should comment on here.
