The longtime associates who are the ones holding it together.

Cons

Too many inflated egos, no bonus ever, no money for training, no appreciation for hard work and long hours. If you are looking for some place toxic this is your place.

None in my 20 year opinion!!!!

I did my job for 15 years and had a great re pore with co workers and farmers alike. Was told I had no job and new guy was taking my job, I moved to truck driver then. My back stabbing supervisor never even told me why I no longer would be the field service rep. Many employees that had worked there for years were relieved of the jobs and told they MUST train the new person taking over their jobs. Some because they didn't have a degree!!! Seems like discrimination!!!! I quit after 20 years and it was THE BEST THING I EVER DID!!!!
