If Hr desides they dont like you for whatever reason they will find a way to get rid of you i knew a girl who got hurt at work they constantly threatened her and contuinaually made her work more then docs wanted i won't say more because she is involved in a current lawsuit . I had some medical problems all documented outside of my control and not work related 1st of all they only allow 4 doctors notes a yr alot of the uppermamagement is super childish and will openly mock you with one specific hr person when you have to meet with them claiming you are just trying to doge ur responsibility for example in my one meeting expressed i had possible food poising got eye rolls from my supervisor and the hr person my husband had it to so I really wanted to snap but I didn't even tho who eye rolls in a professional setting? I was really enjoying my job until they doubled the work load i had and complain if you fall behind due to no fault of your own because you are doing what you are suppose to i was in stocking you are to run parts replacements and materials when called for also my section a big chunk was vendor stuff so between putting things away filling orders and running parts id also have to deal with reordering finding replacements from upcoming orders or fixing some things there is no consideration of this however and they will just complain/write you up. There is a 7min Grace period before your considered late and they get pissed if you use it ever they say they are open to improvements but will never agree to them if they can't spin it as thier idea or for whatever reason dont like you they care more about numbers then quality they push thru boats and as a result they sacrifice quality and lots of things are just rigged to make it work wrong or not also if your not related or know someone there (sometimes ever if you do or are) they most likely wont give i a chance pay is decent but when you start they tell you some ot and its optional it is not optional i regurally worked 56 hrs a wk

Several older employees are close friend with the Smoker family. These employees are not qualified for the jobs that they hold. Also these employees threaten junior employees to have the Smoker family fire them. Also there are some recent and current Workman's Comp Lawsuits. Smoker craft has several OSHA violations that haven't been taken even after OSHA has come to inspect Smoker Craft.
