Pros
No work place rules, you feel like your own boss because your manager is not there often (off or on vacation) and when they are there the lack of confidence makes you feel as if you should be self reliant.
Cons
Often out of supplies such as wax, table paper, sticks, etc. Had broken wax pots. Owners did not take into consideration the needs of employees or clients. Training is lacking.
