Toxic company with a dog-eat-dog, bullying culture, set in the old-school ways of the advertising industry, which is thankfully dying out.

Eclectic staff. Open Kitchen with all the groceries. Optimistic company founders with vision. Good place to work at temporarily if you don't know what you want in life.

Cons

Underpaid, mostly overworked. Temperamental executives in NYC. Disgusting LA Chief Operating Officer leadership that controls company operations, micro-managing and passive aggressive behavior that is very awkward.
