Been with Smunch for 8 months and really enjoy it.
- You are encouraged to be creative, present and pursue your own ideas.
- Employees can take resposibility and oversee their own projects, which is a great way to grow.
- Depending on the role you can occasionally work from home or do flexitime.
- Total transparency - weekly meetings inform all employees about where the company is headed and what is planned for the future. You can always approach management and ask them all kinds of questions.
- You can be there as the company grows and help set up new locations

- Cozy office (although sometimes a bit chaotic, but the same goes for my home, so that's fine)
