      There is always a job and work to be done.

      Cons

      Multiple managers do nothing while they give you all the work to do. Dangerous shelving has collapsed multiple times. Everything is extremely heavy. This job is absurdly physical sometimes. Dirty warehouses that have not been cleaned in 15 years. No communication throughout the entire company. Intermittent business: super busy then completely dead for hours. Customers can be extremely rude. Pay is insulting.

      Almost nothing. I guess it is a job, if you can call it that.

      Cons

      This is a business that is called a family business. What they mean is almost all key positions are family members. If you are not a family member, watch out...you are stuck. They pride themselves on treating employees badly and they are rude to everyone. There is no chance for advancement, low pay, and long hours. Do your research, they have been sued for wage and hour violations and discrimination against employees. Just thing twice about working for this outfit.
