CEO is a Trump supporter CEO shames you verbally if you eat anything unhealthy Has issues obtaining funding so their funding will only be taking them through Q1 Salary is not competitive No 401k Poor health insurance Not truly dog friendly, have many limitations to where dogs can go/can do No opportunities for growth Lack of diversity and respect for other cultures (there's a gong that they ring in the office) Prefers to hire from outside for leadership roles Poor employee retention Need to pay for drinks Nowhere to park Has had 2 mass lay offs in 2019 alone CEO takes Uber Black to and from work everyday using company funds CEO takes acting classes using company funds

The warehouse diversity, everybody who worked on the fulfillment team, the location, the free snacks, THE FREE SNACKS and of course the free snacks :)

Cons

UNORGANIZED, the racial comments that are made from the CEO of the company, no support from the superior, lack of diversity at HQ, absolutely no structure!
