      Quite a few good talented employees

      - Very bad working conditions, especially from the President/CEO. He is a classic bully! - You loose your vacation balance when you resign, they don't let you cash it. - CEO is control freak, no one has any real authority - Worse than rigid timings, employees can start at 8:30, 9:00, or 9:30, if one arrives at 8:45, s/he is considered either late for the 8:30 start of on time for the 9:00 AM start. No one can leave before the CEO leaves around 5:40. Even if the employees comes to work at 7:00 AM, he could not leave at 5:00 without getting dirty looks by the CEO.

      Pros

      A great job for new graduates. Before I got hired, they were very upfront about some aspects of the position, which I appreciated and was able to accept. Once I was hired, we never had to see management cause they were never around. Also, a decent benefits package.

      Cons

      The position was extremely misleading and most people hate it there. Snap gives off every impression that they don't care at all about their employees. Also, terrible management structure, Also, zero employee incentives for producing quality work, and horrible strategy for selecting supervisors.
