      I love working for Snapology part-time! It's really great money for not much work or time, you get to build with the kids, the curriculum is amazing, and you basically get all the fun parts out of teaching! I'm so happy to be with kids again but not in the normal classroom setting! I wasn't completely sure what I was getting into with this, but I hope I can stay with them for a while! I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking to teach or those like me who have taught but don't want to full time.

      Cons

      There aren't as many hours as I'd like during the school months, but we get paid well for the short classes. The kids can be a little wild at the end of the day, but we find fun way to get some energy out before we start!

      The idea behind the business is great.. its an American franchise, scientifically proven methods for education and all.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, the owner’s behavior is disgusting towards the employees.. she thinks everyone is supposed to be super loyal to the business without even giving them a proper compensation for their work! Salaries are below average! 6 working days!! she changes her mind every 2 seconds.. she loves to humiliate people and belittle them. She is a terrible human being( if u can even call her one). She knows nothing about managing people or businesses. (Turn over rates are something else!!!)
