      Pros

      Work atmosphere is very fun. You get to learn a lot with the fast-paced work environment and with your colleagues. You're also given a lot of responsibility since it's a relatively small company. Working for SnappCar gives you the feeling that you're contributing to a bigger goal of changing mobility and improving the world, unlike other companies. And you really feel that the company cares about your well-being.

      Cons

      Since it's a scale-up, the insecurity about the future of the company is part of working there. But recently the management team is making sure that this becomes less of a concern.
