Pros

- The employees (non-management) - The receptionists are fun

Cons

- Lack of proper training. When you bring this up, they brush it aside and make excuses. Little did I know, they use this to their advantage when convenient for them. - My supervisor was “too busy” to train me so he assigned an inexperienced employee to train me. - Inexperienced and unprofessional supervisor who would question how in the world anybody would put him in charge of people. He would constantly complain about being overworked and how much he “hated” it there. All of this would happen during the zoom call to start the day with his entire team on it. Every week, he would point out his team members salary differential. I could not believe it each time he did it. Not sure if he was jealous or set to get his team against each other. Either way, this was the most uncomfortable feeling. - During the interview, i was told this job requires me to work only 5 days a week 9am-6pm to which i happily agreed to when I signed the job offer. However, on my first day, my supervisor asked me to work weekends He would bring it up constantly in front of the entire team, it’s difficult to refuse something when you’re a new hire. Extremely manipulative. - There was no work life balance at all. I wasn’t only expected to work on weekends but also expected to work after hours almost every day of the week. - Even after all of the hours I’ve put in, my supervisor would express his frustration about me not being available 24/7 and implying he made a mistake by not hiring someone younger (easier to control and manipulate). - It was very uncomfortable to see multiple people fired every single week and to rub salt in the wound, their replacements were hired the same week. - There was a COVID scare and they still made everybody come into work when literally everybody has the ability to work remotely. They would degrade you if you weren’t wearing a mask but hover over you and get in your face and totally disregard social distancing. - You know its an awful work environment when the daily gossip is about somebody else getting fired. - They love to bring up the view from the office, it’s quite a pathetic attempt to lure you in. They literally don’t stop talking about it as if they will give you a minute to look out of the window. They work you to your absolute core. I can go on forever, this job is going to destroy your mental health. No amount of money is worth it. Even if you’re offered a decent salary, that will be held against you. I do not hate anybody as much to recommend a job at this company to them. I make sure to tell people about my experience at this company.
