Pros

- From a marketing point of view, there's an endless variety of tasks - If you understand the priorities and have the bigger picture of the business model of the company - you can go crazy with solutions - The team is supportive and open to any ideas - CEO is reasonable and don't have a "boss" fixation - great work/life balance

Cons

- it won't be suitable for everyone - if you expect a more corporate approach to processes and want to just follow ready paths and guidelines - you will be disappointed - you need to have approval from the team - which is usually not problematic because they're open to discussion, but if you want to force your marketing vision - it's not a suitable place for you

Good, but not great

Pros

+ It had a nice friendly atmosphere and a welcoming team. + Working hours were very flexible and the work/life balance was very good. + Remote friendly.

Cons

- It was often chaotic with inefficient processes. - Feelings-based feedback, lacking quantification and so being prone to subjectivity of those giving it. - An unhealthy amount of knowledge/know-how not captured by any documentation. - Limited flow of information from other parts of the company and other projects - fairly siloed departments/teams/projects. - There were some exciting projects, but also many zombie projects. - Hesitancy to measure performance/progress. The company certainly lacked a data-driven approach and was not as agile as they were claiming to be, in many cases simply mimicking the waterfall nature of projects being worked on. - Lack of clearly defined long-term vision and mission.

We're very grateful for any feedback, and thanks to cons we're able to address issues and make a real impact on our processes. There's also always the opportunity to have an open conversation with the team lead and people responsible for projects, which allows us to react in real-time and ensure that each team member is satisfied with your growth. We definitely still have a lot of things to improve and thanks for raising awareness! Also, we're glad that you appreciated the team and our atmosphere.

Pros

- Trust, that allows for elastic work hours and creative freedom, - Atmosphere - This place is just booming with great people, that will want you to succeed, - Transparency - If you ask, you will get all the answers. It's easy to know what's going on inside of the company. - Start-up vibes - No corporate processes, even though the company is around 100 people, you kind of feel like they're your family too! - And of course unforgettable integration camps :)

Cons

- Developers are expected to find work for themselves, instead of Project Managers assigning tasks to them. - There are no new Mobile Projects. Work is done only on existing ones. - Career paths are not defined - there is no clear guidance of what should you do to advance. - Tools - chat service or ticket tracking systems are outdated.
