Pros

The company is basically fair. They work for their certifications and deserve them. It's not easy to compete for the type of jobs that they get, so they're not horrible in consideration of the state of American manufacturing.

Cons

I think that the company allows conditions to become clique-ish, and that they don't understand the totality of what happens on the production floor. Everyone's incredibly negative attitudes add to the already ample pressure. A person is going to work or not work well enough by their nature, metaphorically whipping them won't improve much and does a lot to make them hurry and make mistakes in delicate situations.

Horrible Place To Work

Pros

Not much to say about this place other than don't go to work there. If you have a job do yourself a favor and don't even apply at Snowline.

Cons

Micro Management is really what Snowline is great at. The managers are under qualified but they think they know what they are doing. They are losing all their work and it might be because there customers are realizing how incompetent they really are. Rules don't apply to everyone especially if you are family, a female or in their cult religion. Stay away from this place!

Pros

It's a paycheck. Snowline basically only bids on parts that no other companies will take, so they get the worst possible jobs to work on, so there is challenges if you're a problem solver.

Cons

Most employees never receive raises. The location is in the middle of nowhere. Micro management here is completely off the charts! Leave us alone and let us do our work. High levels of rework and returns and inexperienced staff. Most machinists and QA been with the company less than 2 years. Lots of nepotism.
