Great sense of community, beautiful hotel & location, busy, great pay, attracts awesome people, a great place to work seasonally as a server or bartender in F&B It could be a great place to work if you're willing to create SOP's for your department along with many other essential guidelines they don't seem to have. Lot of opportunities to build something from the ground up & take on projects
Cons
revolving door of management, inability to retain employees, management always seems tired and overworked, standard operating procedures constantly changing, seems like there's constant pressure from Davidson Corporate
