High-Caliber Peers: You’ll work alongside some very hardworking and inspiring individuals at Snowplow.

Compensation & Talent Drain: Salaries and benefits (pension included) are noticeably below market value. Because success isn't met with raises, bonuses, or promotions, many of the company's high performers move on to businesses who better value their contributions.
