None really everyone there is so unhappy with their job

It was a very toxic work environment. To much family and the COO and CFO are sisters with an axe to grind with anybody who challenges them. Nobody I worked with liked their job. Constant drama, reminded me of junior high

I was never micro managed. I was given the ability to improve upon processes and procedures by changing existing processes or creating new ones.

Long wait to accrue vacation/sick time.

Needs to improve some processes and add more people to some departments. Pay could be more competitive as well.
