Go to the SoCal website and look at the "About Us" menu. You'll see pictures of the "Senior Management Team". Unfortunately, it's a deception. In reality, every woman and minority in the picture is now under the leadership of three men that look just like the President; all of whom received handsome compensation packages. Aside from increased golf outings together, the new leadership team cancelled the annual Beach gathering of all SoCal employees. The distancing has begun. It's obvious that the President is feeling comfortable now; It's all over his face every day I walk into the office and sometimes makes me want to puke - but should that really be our goal as a company...to make the President comfortable because he has a mirror around him?
