NONE! Absolutely none at all. It's a wretched place full of scum and villainy
Cons
They will hire you full time but lie on their paperwork so that when you file for unemployment/disability they will say you were an off schedule worker. Also if you get hurt on the job, they'll make you come into work because it's easier to pay you instead of you collecting workers comp, since that will make them lose their maritime rewards. I left a full-time job because they offered full-time work only to give me the boot 3 months later due to a car accident. Said " it's not personal, it's just business".
