Some people in management don't seem to know what they are doing. Limited support is offered to their team and they only ever pick up on the negatives about employees. No incentives to work hard, no overtime or bonuses, underpaid and work like balance would be non existent if it was up to management.

Unnecessarily strict office rules, no atmosphere or culture. No flexibility at all. Poor management, VERY poor pay, no staff incentives, career progression lacking. Very snobby atmosphere. No understanding for life outside of work!! They do not value their staff. Do not work here
