      Pros

      Extremely friendly and welcoming team with low-stress environment. Regular socials and planned team online events help with remote working adjustments. Good communication and plenty of opportunity for growth for ambitious individuals.

      Cons

      This is my first remote role so its definitely been an adjustment, but so far the role is working out better than I expected.

      I've worked at Soap for around 4 months so far and I am really enjoying it. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking to apply for a role here.

      Pros

      Working from home is a big benefit, and the salaries they offer are higher than industry-standard. The team are incredibly skilled and a great bunch to work with.

      Cons

      Holidays are a little on the low side, but you can always request unpaid leave if required.
