Pros

Hm the logo is cute. That's about it.

Cons

Leadership and culture changed for the worse, and Soapy Joe’s became a really difficult and toxic place to work at. Morale dropped significantly and you could feel it throughout the entire company. The vast majority of employees who worked at the corporate office over the past year are no longer with the company, either because they were let go or chose to leave voluntarily. As employees left, workloads increased for many and the overall atmosphere became increasingly negative. The turnover has been extremely high and it’s hard to ignore what that says about the company’s culture and leadership. It was frustrating to watch leadership, management, and HR act as though everything was fine while the company seemed to be falling apart around them. If you’re considering applying here, I’d think twice.

Pros

Nothing at all. Maybe they'll give you pizza.

Cons

I strongly advise potential candidates to reconsider applying here if you value your well-being. The culture is one of constant burnout, characterized by unrealistic deadlines and a lack of support from leadership. Management prioritizes metrics over employee health, creating a high-stress environment that is simply not sustainable. Save your mental health and look for an organization that actually values its people.

Pros

Free employee car washes on Tuesday and Wednesday. Work itself is easy and very repetitive, but the coworkers are chill and make shifts go by faster.

Cons

Tuesday and Thursday night shifts require you to get into the car wash to clean dirt and debris from the swamp water. The quality of management depends on the site; some managers are cool and reasonable. Others are hard to work with and will throw you under the bus when things go wrong. These managers take their job too seriously; they literally work at a car wash. Generally, management doesn't value you as an employee and will replace you once the time comes.
