The CEO is a horribly arrogant person with an unethical attitude and no empathy. This awful person fires people in bulk just because they don't meet some imaginary standards. It creates an ambiance of fear! Beware!

Extremely ableist people work at the Lancaster warehouse location. I cannot recommend working here to anyone on the spectrum or neurodivergent in general. This might change with more turnover in the workplace but as of may 2026 it’s really bad.
Terrible management and leadership culture. Growth of loyal employees is stunted, focus is too much of appeasing the PE firm who owns the company and not on actually developing an overall culture. Evident by firing entire store staff in certain locations just because the CEO doesn't like them , irregardless of how well their sales performance is
