Pros

Get to play soccer and teach kids

Cons

Bad owners that don't care much about their employees and that expect Directors to do all the work for low pay. No job security, if there is one low enrollment season the owner starts laying people off without a plan for who will coach sessions. Disconnected owners that are not held accountable by Soccer Shots corp.

Pros

The coaches and community is wonderful

Cons

In my experience there, it seemed the owner Joel pushed people harder and harder til burnout or wanting to be compensated fairly then would leave them high and dry. This happened with almost every single employee I worked with there when I was full time.
