- Scale up & Bootstrap combined : processed but with ability to have impacts on things, transparency from the co-founders which is rare, no fund raising and very good numbers so no high turnover, people stay a long time, which is quite rare in that kind of structure.
- Good atmosphere, people are nice, international vibes
- Innovative product and new qualitative features come out often, it's very complete in terms of possibilities
- Great onboarding regarding both the product and the job itself, time was taken to make sure we are well trained to be fully performing and to make sure we stay long term too (with possibilities of internal mobilities).
- Good perks, hybrid working
Cons
- Salary may on certain jobs not be as competitive (= out of the market) as fund raised companies, but you clearly see the difference and the experiences makes it up for it, plainly.
