Not what I signed up for

Pros

People are nice Pay was competitive Worked from home 3x a week Unlimited PTO

Cons

You won’t get to do the job you were actually hired for. You will wear many hats, and most of them will never be your actual role. Turnover rate is really high. Unstable work environment. False promises to make you stay and work harder for them. Extremely tight deadlines that force you to work late hours. Too small of an agency with not enough support or help from upper management. No real room for growth because the agency is so small. Micromanagement from leadership/Founder’s Syndrome. No real work/life balance.

Pros

Great people, competitive salary, work from home very relaxed as long as you keep up with meetings and work. Very approachable management.

Cons

If you are not motivated or self-starting, you might not like it here. You are very much responsible for your own work but there are tremendous resources available for you . You just have to ask.

The company allows you to work from home They have pretty cool clients There’s an open vacation policy Good benefits

Cons

Work from home (both a pro and a con because upper management micromanages and doesn’t trust that team is actually working. Makes for one big headache. High turnover, low morale, upper management
